What is D.T.G.?

- D.T.G. stands for Direct to Garment. This printing process works only* with 100% cotton materials & cotton/poly blends. Think of a DTG printer similar to an inkjet computer printer, the paper (t-shirt) goes in blank, and comes out with ink on it. This method of apparel printing is what Drop the Hammer Designs has worked to perfect, since beginning in 2022. 

Is D.T.G. right for my order?

-There are a few factors that come into play when deciding what printing-method will be best for an order. Here's how we decide, 

1. If you are ordering less than 24 pieces... pricing wise, you'll want DTG.

2. If you have 8 or more colors in your design.... pricing wise, you'll want DTG.

3. If you want the print to feel weightless (rather than hot and heavy)..... you'll want DTG.
